Suspicious Email from COXNET

I rec'd an email from COXNET stating that Cox is changing the webmail format and I need to update to the new system by clicking link???

After clicking my software stated this could be hazardous...is it from Cox?

    I know we're in the process of updating our mail servers, however it's a good idea to err on the side of caution. Please forward the notification email you received to cox.help@cox.com so we can evaluate its validity.
