I came home from vacation and found I could no longer get my enhanced e-mail, even when I get the latest update from Adobe. I am steered to third party sources and their flood of ads. What did I do to get this punishment?

We are currently in the process of transitions from the legacy Enhanced and Classic Webmail to a newer version of Cox Webmail. Are you able to access your email when going to the site https://myemail.cox.net? When being redirected away from the Webmail, are you being taken to a Cox webpage or another site outside of Cox?
