streaming error

I'm using laptop to watch tv but for the past week running into msg:  

This Video Cannot Be Played

We've run into a problem while streaming Insurgent.

(Error 106000.82) i've downloaded flash player multiple times, checked my settings and I still can't watch tv.  i have windows 10 and recently had some new updates to this program and that is when i started having this issue.  please help

    Hi dawcj1969,

    I am sorry to hear you have are having problems viewing the program.  Are you viewing from TNT's site directly or are you logged into watchtv.cox.com?
