Start recording call history

My call history is empty.  It is not recording any calls.  How do I fix it?

    Are you referring to your call history online at the cox.com website or with your caller ID/TV caller ID?

    Is this the first time you're accessing your Phone Tools Call History?  Is it displaying an error message when you click on Call History?

    Years ago I had history record set up and it worked. I didn't have a need to access it until recently.  When I went to the call history section, nothing was recorded.  I am not getting any error messages.  Its just that nothing is recorded.  Also, nothing appears under "settings".
