Sprout (185) No longer requires Tuning adapter on Tivo Systems?

Has Sprout (185) in Rhode Island going from switched digital video, requiring a tuning adapter to now NOT REQUIRING a tuning adapter? Channel 185 now will only come in with the tuning adapter powered off, all other SDV stations like 187 will have a V53 error. As soon as the tuning adapter is plugged in and has synchronized with the network Sprout complains of network difficulty and the SDV channels come back in correctly. Any ideas

    Hi Rocstarr,

    The November channel lineup seems to indicate that Sprout is available on TVs connected to a mini box. If this is accurate, it would indicate that Sprout is no longer an SDV channel. It may take TiVo a couple of days to update their lineup. You can help them out by reporting the issue at www.tivo.com/lineup.html.

    Hi Rocstarr,

    On September 30th, Sprout in RI (channel 185) moved from the Variety Pak to the TV Essential lineup. If you haven't already done so, power cycle your Tuning Adapter. After the Tuning Adapter resets, run the TiVo Guide Setup. This will ensure your TiVo has the most up-to-date channel maps. Does this fix the issue with Sprout?

    Hi Becky, 

    Thanks for providing feedback to my question. I have performed these steps previously with no change in behavior. Can you indicate whether the lineup change also included channel 185 moving from Switched Digital Video to an "always on channel? My issue occurred right around the time of the actual lineup change and I'm not positive that the lineup provided by Tivo accurately reflects the changes made by Cox.
