Reasons? What plan/tier have you signed up for? What model modem do you have? What model router? Are you using CAT6 and gigabit compatible equipiment? Sounds like your hitting a 10/100Mbps switch bottleneck.

Just realized I swap my CAT6 for a CAT5 didnt even think about it till you said.

It is now at 118Mbps I pay for 300Mbps

Could you answer some of the other questions? What model modem? What model router? Are you testing wired or wireless? Can you copy/paste the speed test results?
