It'll only fall on deaf ears at Cox, you'll get their canned answers, nothing will get done about it. Competitors have no problem enabling Nomorobo for their customers, yet Cox only does it for businesses. Sounds like Cox is more concerned about money than customers. All of the telcos are using comparable switching equipment, whether ESS or DMS platforms, what is Cox's justification for not providing this for residential customers? Would everyone have to have a PRI or BRI at their residences? Why, if you're "all digital"?

Hello Ronbo,
Thank you for contacting Cox Social Media team. We offer a few calling features that allow calls to be blocked. I can check your account for the features. Please send an email to cox.help@cox.com include your full name, address, and this forum post. We will reply back once we review the email. Thanks
I've tried in the past to get Cox's help in dealing with illegal calls coming from specific numbers and the gist of what came back was there's nothing Cox can do about it, so you'll understand that it is with this history I'm reading your response as more of a time wasting, false hope planting exercise in futility. Perhaps you're being sincere but the smart money is on Cox offering a big fat nothing burger to address this as usual.
