This is what will happen to emails identified as being potential spam if you have your spam blocker settings set to tag as spam and deliver to your inbox anyways. If you believe messages are not spam there is a button in webmail you can use to report them as not being such. This won't necessarily change the spam blocker settings but submit the items in question for review.

I do have the spam block settings set to tag them and deliver to my inbox. As such, they are not identified as spam in a way that the spam button recognizes. My only choice is to report them as spam; "not spam" isn't available. Is there another way to submit these items or get cox to stop marking them as spam? I have received thousands of messages from this address with no previous issues, so I don't know why it is suddenly getting tagged.

Looks like you have 2 work-a-rounds:
1. Change your spamblocker settings to put them in the Spam folder then report as not spam from there.
2. Move them from your inbox to the Spam folder then report as not spam from there.
If you are using a client like Outlook or T'bird, you can forward as an attachment to: thisisnotspam@cox.net

I'm using Mac Mail so I will forward them. Do I have to forward every name from the same address? I get emails from several different people at one company. Thank you!

Forwarding them will work, the only thing is they need to be sent as attachments to a new email. This ensures that the original headers are included which is what our filter needs to evaluate the message.
