spam folder and Backspace key

When I log in and look at my email on your website and check my spam folder I see things there that aren’t spam, I mark them and click on the “Not Spam” button.  Often they are newsletters that I get every day. I have done this repeatable over a couple of months and they continuously go to my spam folder.  How can they get marked so that they go to my inbox instead?

The second issue is when I log onto your webmail page and use my keyboard to write or respond to an email the backspace key doesn't work.  This is the same on at least  different computers that I have tried.

Concerning the spam, this is a popularity contest basically. If we receive more reports that the source of a given email is a spammer than we receive reports that it's not the items will continue to be treated as spam. Feel free to keep marking them as not spam as how ever vote counts so to speak but hopefully this explains why you're not seeing the expected result.

As for the backspace key, are you using Chrome or Safari for your browser? Both of those browsers use an engine called Webkit which has a peculiarity concerning how the backspace is handled. Usually it'll take you back to the previous page you visited however is there is no previous page it'll seem to do nothing.
