Sound/Spanish

I'm having strange things going on-several of my channels are muted, local and Fox News and 2 of my channels are in spanish-Disney and FX.  Is anyone else having this trouble?

    No, not unless they have SAP turned on. Try turning off SAP, specific directions depend on what STB you have.

    My TV guide is gibberish and looks like it's in another language.  English words are all messed up and I can't tell what's on.
