Sound problems on NBCSN

For several days now there have been problems with sound on NBCSN (both channels 78 and 2078).  Often times the sound works during the commercials, but then goes silent when the programing starts again.  There are no error messages being given.  I've turned off/on our Contour box, and even unplugged it.  Nothing has fixed the problem.

    Hi Elicar,

    Do you have other boxes being used in your home? If so, does this issue occur on those TV's as well?

    elicar, do you have SAP set on your Contour box?  The symptoms you describe sound like SAP set on a channel that isn't broadcasting an SAP channel (like NBCSN).
