"Something's Not Quite Right

I have two mini boxes and a "Main" Box. After the main TV has been off for a couple of hours, I get a "Something's Not Quite Right" message when turning it back on and instructed to disconnect the box and reconnect after ten seconds. I tried refreshing the boxes on line but the problem persists.
