We just had Contour 2 installed. The sound on the tv with the client box goes up and down by itself at night. It's fine during the day though. What can be done?

- Hi MGP, please check to make sure the cable is tightly connected. Also, check to make sure the audio cable is connected tightly from the box to the TV.
