Slow upload speeds for 2 years.
Never been permanently solved. There is something not working correctly when you try to upload outside of Phoenix. Tried multiple sites all over the US, ASIA, EUROPE (last two for the *** of it)

Troubleshooting would probably be easier if you provided additional information like:
- Your internet package level
- Upload/download speeds you currently get
- Modem/Router details
- Wired/Wireless connection
Considering I've not had any issues recently in Phx myself, I'd need more details to try to help you with your problem. What speeds are you getting on your upload? What package are you on? One large file or a bunch of smaller ones?
