Noticed all internet upload traffic is DEAD SLOW. Download speed is on-par with what I'm paying for, but the
upload speed is showing around 1 - 3 kbps. Most of the time, it fails to upload anything.
What is going on? I'm on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Never had any trouble until this morning.
My guess is it is related to your security system like your last post. Did you ever get that fixed?
Yes, that was resolved. This has to do with upload speed being extremely slow, but download speed is terrific.
Just checked again. 0.36 Mbps. That's crazy slow! Does Cox ever read this forum?
Are you testing direct to the modem? Also, what model modem and router do you have?

Location? mine is not that slow but i have been receiving slower then expected upload
