Slow Motion on Contour

Is there a way to do slow motion with the Contour DVR? We just upgraded from the old Cox DVR which did slow motion but I can't figure it out on the new one.

    Hello,

    The original Contour system will allow you to rewind or FFW at a slower speed by pressing pause, and then selecting the fast forward or rewind function.

    There are actually 2 slow-mo options when using the Contour 1 DVR ( the one with the remote that has the blue COX button in the middle).  When watching the show, press the white Pause button.  Then press the Fast Forward key ( to the right of the pause button).  Pressing it a 2nd time gives you a second speed.
