Slow-loading email
Why is your email site the slowest site on the internet? When I check my Cox email, it takes forever to load. All other sites I use load immediately.

It has been an intermittent problem for a month or so... there have been numerous posts from different customers about the webmail not loading.
As of this typing it is indeed acting up... took four minutes for the server at webmail.east.cox.net to respond and log me in... Wemail.cox.net timed out after five minutes.

Since this is an ongoing issue that has been happening for about a month, consider a pinned discussion with periodic updates as to then progress or (lack thereof) so that we're not left hanging.
