Slow internet speed

I recently upgraded my internet from Preferred to Ultimate but I am still only averaging 50-60 mbps download speeds, 30 mbps upload. I upgraded my modem/router to a Arris SBG-6900-AC combo per cox recommended list. I do believe that there is a limitation on cox end. Please help. Thanks
