I did take a look from this end and the modem appears to be online and not reporting any significant issues. Can you try connecting a PC directly to the modem then pushing the modem's reset button and see if that works any better?

I'd also recommend, if you have a separate router, to reset the router to factory defaults and set it back up as well. If it is normally a specific set of times it could be settings corruption. (@ChrisL recommended doing it to the modem as well)
