Sleep Timer for Contour XiD-P box?

We just got new Contour boxes, and the one in our bedroom is the XiD-P as far as I can tell.  I'm trying to figure out how to set a sleep timer on this box, as our old box had a setting that would shut it off every evening at a certain time.  Can you tell me how to do this on our new box?
