Why is the last 4 channels on upstream not locked. And I notice the power levels on the downstream seem high. Can this be verified if it's a problem that needs attention. Thank you
Downstream isn't high at all. In fact your levels are great. And no company has more than 4 upstream channels anywhere at the moment.

That was a correct statement. We are currently are providing 4 upstream carriers. Once the network expands your equipment will identify the new channels and will become visible in your stats.
