Setting up wifi, one of my laptops can not see my 4g channel on the Netgear wifi

Hello, I have two channels on my wifi and one of my laptops running Windows 7 does not see the high speed 4G channel on the Netgear Wifi. Both channels have the same setup configuration.

    David, what do you mean by 4G WiFi?  Are you talking about dual band (2.4 & 5GHz)?  By high speed 4G channel are you talking about 5GHz 802.11ac?  If so, does the WiFi adapter in the laptop support 5GHz & wireless ac?   What make/model router & laptop do you have?
