Setting DVR to record remotely

Can I set my Cox Cable DVR to record from either my phone or a computer if I don't have Cox Internet at home?  I forgot to set it for the Olympics tonight!  

I don't have Cox Contour, just whatever the standard Cox DVR is.

    The feature to set a remote recording is not available at this time. We are working to get this launched soon. Please check your statements for updates and notifications.
