Service Interruption

What does Service Interruption in red on My Services page mean? Also on Cox mobile APP states internet disconnected in red. Tv states connected.

    Sounds like your modem may be offline. What lights are lit up on the modem? Are you able to access the internet?

    All lights are on. I am using it now. My upload speed is low, but download is normal.
