Seriously, you're dropping CBS??

I came home tonight to warnings flashing all over my TV screen saying that Cox has been unable to make a deal with our local CBS affiliate in San Diego, and that we will be losing CBS as of Thursday afternoon. What?? Really, Cox? You think you could fail to offer CBS to your customers??

Does anyone know anything more about this?

  • Thanks for reaching out to the Cox Social Media Team! Cox is working with Midwest TV to to retain permission for CBS 8/KFMB-TV channels. We are optimistic about reaching an agreement without interrupting service to our customers.

  • Always had great Customer Service from COX but dropping CBS from Cox Cable is a big slap in the face to all Cox Customers. Hope this gets resolved and you consider your customers vice whatever your dispute is - finances?? Like that should even be an issue.
