Series Recording Help

We had our Contour 2 system installed today. As we're adding the series to record I notice that "Teen Mom 2" and "Cops" record more than just the newest episodes. I've set the record option to new shows only. Am I missing something to prevent the older shows recording? Thanks!

    Hi BT2017,

    In addition to the record options of "new episodes only" or "all episodes," Contour 2 also offers options to record the show in SD or HD, from the current channel only, or from any channel. Check your series record options to ensure that Contour 2 isn't recording in both SD and HD, or on multiple channels.
