selective call features
I see the selective acceptance and rejection of incoming calls addressed. Is there anyway to block numbers as outgoing calls? For instance, blocking kids from dialing selected numbers.

Are you looking to block 900/long distance or local calls from being dialed out?
You can't do that. Cox automatically blocks numbers that charge you ( 900 or 976 area code). I don't know of any phones that offer that blocking feature but they might exist.
