Security Suite

Attempting to install security suite and getting message system error occurred or we can't activate your security suite at this time please try later or contact customer support.

Is this service still offered or am I doing something wrong?

    Anti Virus software removed and still getting message

    Hi DPK,

    Are you still receiving the activation error?  If you are, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com.  Please include your name, the name on the account if different from yours, and the street address.  Also, please include the link to this thread. Thanks.
