Searching Internet from Cox Web Page

For the past three weeks, I have been unable to use the search block on the Cox Web Page. I have contacted customer service twice and been advised that Cox was working on correcting it. When will the search block be corrected so I can use it instead of having to bring up another browser?

    What happens when you try to use the search function? What browser are you using to access the site? Do you have an alternate browser to test to see if you're having the same problem?
