Search only searches 'on demand'

When I search for new shows only shows from 'On Demand' come up. Shows that I know are in the Guide do not appear. What do I need to do to fix this?

    What is the model of the box having this issue? Please try rebooting the box by unplugging it from power for about 2 minutes.

    The model is GSH9865. I did reset a couple of days ago, but this did not help. About a week ago I got into a menu I had never seen before while searching which had sub-categories for searching. One of these was 'on demand' which I selected. Ever since I have not been able to find anything with search except 'on demand'. I have gone through every menu I could find, but could not find the sub-category menu to reset.

    Are you able to share an example of a show that is not appearing in the guide, but is available via On Demand, as well as the process you are going through to search for the show? I would like to try and duplicate the error here.

    Same problem here. When the search results appear, many show a "regular" and "HD" result.  If I choose lthe "HD" result, only on demand shows are listed.  If you choos the "regular" result for a show, it will list listings in the guide (both SD and HD).  Bizarre, but that's a work around I've found.
