Search by remote: numbers not converting to letters
When I use my remote to search for programs, the numbers are remaining numbers and not converting to letters. This is happening on my main TV connected to the DVR. It works okay on the bedroom TV.

Does the bedroom TV use the same box? Also, are you using the Contour 2 XR11 remote? Have you tried a reboot?
