Root Sports SW (Add Channel)

Can I get a contact email or phone # to request a channel be added (Root Sports SW), seems every year Houston Astros/Rockets fans on the forum request this channel. Let me know who I can contact, so I can call or email them daily until this happens.  Thanks!
