It is obvious Cox does not care about its customers. If they did, they would figure out how to allow customs to get Nomorobo! Does anyone know if Cox makes money on robocalls?
I just switch to Cox and I am regretting it. The robocalls are relentless!!!!! I'm looking into switching back to ATT.

That is a good suggestion. We can send a request to have Cox added to their list. Would you please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full address, name, and the last four of the SSN so we can verify the account?
Please bear in mind that your response is merely the latest after YEARS or frustration expressed here over the lack of any meaningful action by Cox to address the supposedly illegal phone harassment industry.
Nothing has been done to this point and however sincere your response may have been, anyone with any amount of history with Cox will have a tough time not being painfully insulted by what appears to be yet another completely empty platitude.
