Requesting Arris SB6183 Firmware Check

Hello,

I'm requesting that a Tier II technician take a look at my Arris SB6183 modem to ensure the latest available firmware has been installed on the device. Currently I have the 150Mbps package and I seem to only top out at 50Mbps consistently. Thank you.

  • I can see that my cable modem firmware is set to D30CM-OSPREY-1.5.2.5-GA-00-NOSH. Is this the latest version for Cox?
