Reporting Cox WiFi hotspot issues

I've run into several (many) situations in Downtown San Diego (usually around Gaslamp) where the Cox WiFi hotspot connects but seems to have no internet connectivity (even after authentication) or is so slow/congested as to be useless. What's the best way to report locations like this?

    Hi jccleaver,

    Jccleaver there are a few things I would like for you to check on your device before we continue. Can you ensure that you are receiving a valid IP address, and make sure that your device is configured for DHCP. This information can be located by accessing your device settings, then selecting the network.
