Remote DVR scheduling from desk top

I can no longer no longer use the remote DVR scheduling from my TV line up with my desk top, I get the message "this service is currently unavailable". It had been working until recently.

    I've not seen any reported issues scheduling recordings from http://www.cox.com/myconnection/watch/entertainment/tv-listings.cox When was the last time you were able to successfully schedule a recording when signed into the website? Have you cleared cache and cookies? Please also ensure your location is correctly set at the top right side of the page.
