Remote control

We recently purchased a Sharp Smart TV. We have tried all the Cox remote control  codes in the booklet and even the guy from Cox tried them but none of them work. Are there other codes for the Sharp TV ? It is very annoying to not be able to control the TV with the cable remote. Any suggestions?

    Hi, some additional information may be helpful. What is the model of the TV set? Which Cox remote control are you using? Check to see if there is a model number on the remote.
