I don't understand this post. So you "got confused" and over paid your bill, a mistake by you, call up and ask the billing rep if you can record the call? Why? Wasn't it you that made the mistake? What were your suspicions?

What damages? You over pay, they issue you a check for reimbursement, and your threatening to sue if you don't get it in time? ***, I hope you never become a lawyer.
