Recorded programs showing up with incorrect names on listing.

A few times when I have had several shows set up to record, they record, but the name of the show

on the recorded program list is not right.  Here are a few examples:

Family Guy   recorded as   Family Tiny

Bob's Burgers   recorded as   Every Burger

News 3 at Eleven   recorded as   When 3 then her eleven

Phil Silvers Show    recorded as    The Grace Silver una

What's going on? This is a Cisco 9865 HDC box.

    Are you seeing these titles in the guide also or just for the recording? We might not be able to fix what was already recorded but we can work to make sure it doesn't happen again. When did the last incorrect title record?
