Record 6 DVR Keeps Freezing

My record 6 DVR keeps freezing.  Is this a known issue with the record 6 DVR?  Is there anyway to resolve this issue?  I've called Tech Support multiple times and they've reset the box, but it keeps happening.

    Please describe more details about what is happening. Is the picture itself freezing? What is the model number of your DVR?
