reception

It seems that more too often the tv is interrupted with signal loss. I also have another residence that I have with Dish network and never experience this kind of loss. You would think with the kind of money I pay you this would not happen. Really considering of switching even after all the years I've been a customer of yours. But the interruptions a frustrating.

    I guess you showed me. It's gotten worse. That'll teach me to keep my complaints to myself.

    There are many things the may be causing the signal loss. Have you check the coax cable and make sure all ends are hand tight? If there's a splitter bypassing it. Could be coming from a bad coax cable or drop just to name a few. Please email full address and primary name on the account so we can check signal levels from this end cox.help@cox.com.
