I have the premire package with 150 mp suposidly but all I get is 1 to 1. 4 download speed and 1 upload thats just bad for what I pay for the service. Have reset router and still get this slow. its very noticable in the games I play. I slow down then speed up then slow again. Not a happy camper

wired and across all computers tho on the others we figure more on being older machines but this one is a new build with good grapics and 8 g mem and a uptodate cpu thou running window 7 due to not having funds to buy win 10 yet.

oh and I checked the speed on ;your site and on others.

Hi, please check all connections to make sure they are all tightened. Are there any splitters on the cable line from the wall outlet to the modem?

no splitters the modem I think is 5 years old then we shoot to a router that is about that too modem is from cox router is a linken other than that I dont know where to find the info on them. unplugged and re pluged turned off and turned on sent reset from your web page just a bit ago and did speed test after was getting less than 1 before reset now get 1.4. still to low for what we pay. .

Realy slow internet this past week.

Are you able to please bypass the router and connect a computer directly to the modem for another speed test? Please let us know the upload, download, and latency.

was unable to get the modem to connect my computer to internet. had to put router back in to answer you kept saying invalid ip

The modem usually needs a reset after connecting a new device. If it's still not picking up an IP, please reboot the computer as well.

kansas city pin 45 a whopping 187 down and 10.7 up. Guesss means I need a new router. any recomendations for one? needs 3 pc and 2 wifi tv capabilitys.

It does sound like it's working much better without the router. We're not allowed to recommend such equipment although other users here may have some useful suggestions.
