Cox landline users continue to be abused by unwanted and unstoppable Robo calls. This Cox reply about Simultaneous Ringing is over a year old. Please be advised that the severity of this issue for Cox customers has gotten worse. Kindly update this answer and let us know when Cox is going to be improving this abuse of their customers by any means. Thank you.

Cox understands our customers’ frustrations about the increasing volume of robocalls. We are looking at the call-blocking technology options that are in the market and hope to know more in the near future.
