RE: Enhanced Webmail won't allow Backspace Key to work when using Chrome

This is still not working in 2017. I would like to think that Cox could figure out what was wrong and make it work rather than suggesting using a different browser. Also I don't understand why Cox business needs to use Adobe Flash for getting email. I'm not sure that any other email system is forcing people to use this.

Hello DaleBr,  We have noticed this problem happen frequently with JAVA updates. You may want to try to see if there are any new versions of JAVA that you can upgrade to or see if you can restore it to the previous version.
