Random disconnect and extreme slow downs.

I've been getting random disconnect and slow downs. I don't know if it my router, modem or my ISP.Someone told me to check my modem log and it showed me I was getting the error code R02.0. I don't know what kind of error this is or how to fix it. 

Here are the downstream and upstream and what not.

    The fastest way to answer that question would be to try removing the router and seeing if the connection works better without it. So far nothing looks alarming in the signal data you've posted.

    I still get the random disconnect and every time I check the modem log the error R02.0 seem like it refreshes an half to and hour ago to my current time.

    I've also been wondering that even if the upstream and downstream of my modem looks fine, can it be the culprit on why my connection drop and/or speed decrease.
