Promotional gift card

Has anyone ever received these promotional gift cards they offer when you upgrade your service? I emailed them 8 months ago and they gave me a whole thing about waiting certain time. It's now been 8 months and I never received anything. I tried chat and calling them but they just disconnect me when I ask about gift card. It appears there is no longer any way to email support??? Only chat and they just shut me off when I tried it.
