Problems with authorization to stream internet content after cox log in!

Cannot stream ANY internet content that requires a cox sign in. I'm SO frustrated!! I had a chat with a cox rep who explained that there is an "sign in outage" that technicians were working on, but they would NOT give me even a guess of how long this will be a problem!!! This is a huge inconvenience for me. Will someone please tell me APPROXIMATELY how long this will take to repair?

    We're happy to assist. There was a known issue with logging in that has since been resolved. Are you still experiencing problems?

    Thank you! Yes, still problems with some. Fox news is not allowing me to stream.

    Are you getting any error messages on the screen when you log in?

    No error messages other than "You are not authorized to view this content." Yes, I logged out & logged back in. Yes, I turned off my ad blocker. Yes. I reloaded the page. Don't know what else to do... HELP.
