Problems loading Cox Enhanced Webmail

When I try to load cox enhanced webmail, I get an error message that says I must have adobe flash 9 or higher.  I tested to see what version of adobe flash I have on my new Dell xps with Windows 10 and in the control panel it says I have version 23.0.0.162

I have tried opening enhanced webmail with Edge and with Firefox and I still get this error message. I appreciate some step by step instructions. I read in another message that someone was able to find "Adobe Flash Object" and turn it on, but I can't find any such thing.

    I'm not sure if Edge supports Flash although for Firefox it may be need to be enabled as how many browsers are discouraging the use of it. Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-firefox.html for more info on enabling it via Firefox.
