Problem with the signal on this channel. Trying again. (V53)

I am unable to receive channels in my Movie package.
I get the base channels like HBO, Cinemax, ShowTime, The Movie Channel.

But the others quit working. It has been a couple of days.

HBO2, ShowTime Extra, ActionMax and all the Pacific versions of these channels.

Very frustrating.

    Restarting the equipment might be a good first step to try. I'd suggest restarting the Tivo and the tuning adapter and see if that clears the issue up for you.

    Of course I tried all the obvious fixes. Re-starting every peice of equipment from the Cable modem all the way to both tuners and both Tivo Boxes.

    Had a tech come out.

    They made a call and said give it couple of days.

    Still the problem persists.

    It is still not fixed and I am still upset.

    I am given to understand this is not an isolated issue.

    I have 2 Tivos both exactly the same set up.

    You will have a hard time convincing me it is on MY end.

    Especially since Tech came out and said essentially the same thing.

    There was a new script that was loaded yesterday to fix issues for TiVo customers in our Wichita market. If you are located there, please check your TiVo and let me know if the issue is resolved. If you are not in Wichita, please let me know what city and state you are located.

    I live in the Topeka Kansas area. Specifically Tecumseh, just on the SE side of Topeka.

    I am still having issues.

    I see notes on the account that your channels are working. Is this correct?

    Yes. it finally did start working. Spontaneously all of a sudden. with no notice as to what was done.

    I did tell them to keep a record of what ever they did so next time I call they can do it again.
