Problem with Cox Connect on my mobile phone
Has anyone experienced problems running the Cox Connect app on their Android phone?
I have a Galaxy S6 and when I open the app and go to TV Listings, all the channels are properly listed along the left side, but every program reads "No Programming Scheduled".
Oddly enough, I just discovered a minute ago that if I click on a particular channel's icon on the left, I get a list view of all the programs for it. I can then scroll down to the one I want and select it so I can program it. However, I discovered this totally by accident.
While I was away on vacation last week, I wanted to program some things to my DVR but couldn't get past the first screen. Isn't it supposed to show all the programs in grid form?
